Age Requirement

All attendees at the conference MUST be 16yrs old by the first day of the conference. The conference is designed for young people 16 years and older.

Fellowship

The basis of fellowship for the Memorial Meetings is the Australian Unity Basis as expressed in the booklet "Unity in Australia - The Accepted Basis" including the Birmingham Amended Statement of Faith and the Cooper-Carter addendum.

Committee and Sponsorship

The conference committee formation was conducted by the Sydney CYC and the committee members represent the member ecclesias of the Sydney CYC.

Direct Debit Payment

A facility for paying the conference over 18 months has been set up for those wishing to use a budget style payment system. By using direct debit, a small amount will be taken from your nominated account each week until the conference begins.

If you wish to take advantage of the direct debit system, please read and complete the Direct Debit Service Agreement and either the Direct Debit Form (Non Workers only) or the Direct Debit Form (for workers).

When

Sydney conference will be held from 16-24th April, 2011, with post conference held the following week, 25th April - 1st May.

Arrival and Departure times

Registration time is from 2pm on Saturday 16th April. Conference finishes at 2pm on Sunday, 24th April.
